How to order your floor plan

Step 1

Log in to your my.matterport.com account and select a model from the "All Spaces" tab.

Step 2

Click on the "Add-ons" tab. (*Must be enabled by an admin in account settings if not visible).

Step 3

Select "Schematic Floor Plan".

Step 4

Confirm your order and you're done!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

To download a floor plan, click the link in the email sent by Matterport or log in directly to your account at my.matterport.com. Navigate to the Space Details page and select the Downloads tab. This will download a ZIP file containing your floor plans in PNG, SVG, and PDF formats.
Matterport provides floor plans for spaces up to 25,000 sq ft. If you have a larger space, you can split it into smaller models and order a floor plan for each. Expedited delivery, language, and furniture options apply only to spaces under 10,000 sq ft. However, a custom logo can be added regardless of size.
Matterport provides a PNG and SVG file for each individual floor, along with a single-page combined PDF. The PDF is a bitmap, not a vector format. If you need an editable (vector) PDF, you can open the included SVG file in a program like Illustrator and export it as a PDF.
Floor plans are available in English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian.
When you order a floor plan, the fee is added to your Matterport account and billed monthly.
If you're trying to order a floor plan but the Add-ons tab is unavailable, an account administrator needs to enable this feature in the account settings.
